Terms & Conditions

Our aim is to connect travellers with accommodation providers so that the best possible accommodation offers can be presented privately, easily and in a timely manner.

The following terms and conditions, that may be updated periodically, cover our services and communications via online, telephone, text, mobile device and email. By browsing our website or any of our applications via any platform and/or by creating a Tender, you agree that you have read and accept these terms and conditions.

  • Accommodation deals are agreed directly between the host and the traveller. Tui Tender’s role is simply to facilitate an introduction and convey an offer from Hosts to travellers and bid acceptance where applicable.
  • By creating a Tender, you give your permission for emails to be sent to you.
  • By bidding on a Tender, you give your permission for emails to be sent to you.
  • When a Tender is accepted, leading to an accommodation booking, payment for said accommodation is to be made directly by the traveller to the accommodation provider.
  • It is the responsibility of travellers to ensure that they have entered accurate information into the Tender document when they are creating it, so that accommodation providers can formulate their best bid, to meet the traveller’s specific requirements.
  • Where travellers have specific needs regarding accessibility or other needs, the traveller should accurately convey those requirements, to the accommodation provider, as part of the Tender creation process.
  • On the completion and acceptance of a Tender, both the traveller and the accommodation provider should check the requested dates of stay, amenities, facilities and additional requirements specified in the Tender, prior to the stay commencing and any payment (direct from traveller to accommodation provider), being sought or made.
  • Tuitender.com, its management and staff accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any issues arising from the Tender process or bookings made as the result of the Tender process.
  • Tuitender.com, its management and staff are in no way responsible for any accommodation or services provided by any and all accommodation providers.
  • Tuitender.com, its management and staff are in no way responsible for any non-payment or payment shortfalls. Neither will Tuitender.com, its management or staff become involved in any payment disputes.
  • Tuitender.com, its management and staff are not responsible in any way for losses incurred by cancellations, property damage, booking changes, transport interruptions, delays or disruption caused by weather or natural disaster.
  • Tuitender.com, its management and staff will not become involved in any disputes relating to services provided through the acceptance of any and all Tenders.
  • Tuitender.com exclusively owns and retains ownership of all rights, title, design and interest in and to the Platform on which the Tui Tender service is provided, including all intellectual property rights. You do not have permission to scrape, copy, advertise, disseminate, market, assimilate, exercise, exploit, incorporate, merge or use the content or our brand/logo in any other way, without our specific intended written permission.
  • Accommodation providers agree to share their contact information with the creator of a Tender document, upon acceptance of a Tender bid.
  • Tender creators (travellers) agree to share their contact information with accommodation providers upon their acceptance of a Tender bid.
